Images uploaded may not have alt tags, because we cannot ensure the quality of contributions from others. We monitor user comments and aim to respond to identified issues within two days and fix them within ten. Please use the report button to report issues.

  • PDF documents may not be fully accessible. In some cases we will post PDF documents from other contributors or authors. If an inaccessible PDF is encountered, we would be happy to provide a remediated version upon request.
  • Pre-recorded videos may lack closed captions. In some cases, we post videos from other contributors, and we are unable to modify those videos.

Assessment approach

Rauch Communication Consultants assesses the accessibility of through evaluation by a contracted accessibility expert and built-in accessibility features during the website design and development process. We perform accessibility audits periodically as a means of verifying and correcting any accessibility issues detected that may be introduced through routine editorial updates.

Voluntary Product Accessibility Template Report Provides More Detail

A Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) is available and provides detail about where conforms to WCAG 2.1 level AA and where the last evaluation show it does not. Remediation is underway. When remediation is complete, the Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) will be updated and posted in this section of the Accessibility Statement.
